Ter Marsch & Co Rotterdam, best burger of the Netherlands and more!

As a true meat or burger fan, you definitely need to know Ter Marsch & Co in Rotterdam. Aside from the fact that you can order the best burger of the Netherlands here (let’s just put it out there), you can also have some good dry-aged meat that literally hangs in a cabinet in the restaurant as if it’s just there for decoration. Good thing that it’s not, because it is some really good dry-aged meat.

Have you already eaten, but want to chat a little more with your friends? At Ter Marsch & Co it’s also possible to just have a couple of drinks at the bar!

At Ter Marsch & Co they try to have a small and simple menu that is just enough to satisfy everyone’s needs. The dry-aged entrecôte, the Burgeresse and the Ter Marsch classic burger are definitely the must-tries of this restaurant in Rotterdam, but the fries and their homemade sauces are also incredibly good.

Rather not have meat? No worries, because they also have a few good options for vegetarians! I tried some of their Hollandsche salad and I liked it just as much as their burger. Next time I am definitely trying out the grilled asparagus, because asparagus with Parmesan cheese just sounds like a very good idea.

After finishing my meal, I stayed a little longer to enjoy a glass of Bobby’s, a gin tonic with gin that is locally made in Schiedam, a city right next to Rotterdam. It was amazing! Don’t expect some watered down drink because at Ter Marsch & Co they only serve great quality for fair prices.

The owner Pim is very strict with his wine and is certainly not overpricing his menu. So after dinner you can definitely have a couple of drinks with friends at Ter Marsch & Co and if you’re still having some cravings, they also have some snacks you can order with your drinks. It’s all good!
