the Tapas bars in Amsterdam that are ”muy agradable”

Tapas bars in Amsterdam, where can we find the tastiest Spanish dishes in our capital city? We love tapas and now that spring has officially started we thought it was time for a fun night out to eat tapas with friends. Because truthfully, it can’t get any better than that, right? You can order almost the entire menu and taste dishes throughout the night. So here are our favourite tapas bars in Amsterdam to check out soon for a fun night out and a perfect Spanish experience.

9 X TAPAS BARS IN AMSTERDAM FOR A FUN NIGHT OUT

Blue Boy: At Blue Boy you can eat high class tapas, or in other words, upscale dining. Think of sea bass ceviche, marinated burrata, or confit green curry chicken. We’re in the mood, so good!

Duende Dos: On the edge of the Jordaan you can find this tapas spot Duende Dos. This is an ideal spot to have dinner with a big group of friends. But also if you are a couple there are enough cosy tables available. Besides tapas they serve a big pan of paella every Sunday, super nice!

Barrica: For a real Spanish vibe you can go to Barrica in West. Here they don’t only serve Spanish treats and Spanish wines, but the atmosphere is also Mediterranean. Straight away we’re in the mood to book a trip to sunny Spain.

Taverna Barcelona: This super cosy and tiny restaurant can be found in The Pijp. The kitchen here is traditional Catalan so you find Catalan tapas, wine and cava on the menu. I loved the manchego, aioli and dried sausages. And even better….you can order whatever you want because the prices are very affordable :-)

Vida: Vida in Old South has Spanish wines, beers and tapas. The restaurant has a very cool bar where you can have drinks and tapas the Spanish way. There are of course also plenty of cosy tables where you can enjoy your tapas on. This is a place with a very relaxed atmosphere and that’s what we love at yourlbb!

Pacomer Traiteur: Are you crazy about tapas but don’t feel like going out for dinner? We have the solution! You can buy your tapas at Pacomer and enjoy them at home. Pacomer is a traiteur with only Spanish food. Perfect if you want to have a Spanish night at home!

Pata Negra: Pata Negra has 3 locations, one at the Utrechtsestraat, in Zeeburg, and one in East. As soon as you enter the restaurant you feel the warm Spanish atmosphere. And you can also enjoy a late dinner just like in Spain. The kitchen closes at 23.30 during the weekend!

A La Plancha: We’ve got more tapas spots in the Jordaan! A la Plancha has over 30 types of tapas on the menu with changing authentic dishes outside the menu: tapas del dia! Fiesta!

La Oliva: La Oliva doesn’t have tapas, but Pintxos! These are the tapas of Northern Spain. Pintxos are small pieces of bread, tartelettes, patties or crostini’s. La Oliva also has delicious starters and main courses on the menu.
