Sushi Noord Amsterdam has settled at Bathhouse in Amsterdam East for a special collaboration. For a limited time, you can enjoy a 12-course omakase menu, freshly prepared right in front of you by Sushi Noord's chef. In short: you won't want to miss this.

Sushi Noord Amsterdam organizes pop-up at Badhuis
Badhuis Amsterdam is offering its private dining space for a limited time for a special omakase menu, prepared by the chef of Sushi Noord. The story of the Pakistani founder Muhammad Muhammad is a special person. He began his career washing dishes at the Krasnapolsky Hotel on Dam Square and worked his way up to head chef. His interest in sushi making was always there, so he taught himself the tricks of the trade from his home in North Amsterdam. Riad, one of the owners of Badhuis, often picked up sushi from Muhammad and was impressed by his story and skills. He decided to give the chef a try—and thus the idea for an omakase pop-up at Badhuis was born.

From now on, you can enjoy a 12-course omakase menu at Badhuis every Tuesday and Wednesday. Omakase literally means "I leave it up to you" – and that's exactly what you do on an evening like this. The chef determines the menu, you surrender and enjoy. Anne has already had a taste of this special evening and can't wait to return. You don't often experience sushi of the quality of Sushi Noord, and Muhammad's skill is remarkable. The menu includes nigiri with toro or avocado with caviar, various hand rolls, and several other classics that you can also order at Sushi Noord the rest of the week.
Please note: reservations are required, as Sushi Noord uses only fresh ingredients. A 12-course menu costs €60 per person. Vegetarian options are not available.

Heading out of town? 🍂 These are my favorite walking and drinking spots in the Netherlands.
To be honest... I don't see myself living outside the city anytime soon, but on weekends I do enjoy getting out into nature. That's why I've created a YLBB shortlist of the most beautiful hiking areas, complete with a great spot for drinks nearby.

I used to think Halloween was stupid 🎃.
