Expect the unexpected when it comes to Street Art in Mons
Mons and street art? You probably wouldn’t immediately expect this but in Mons there’s surprisingly a lot of street art. And just for Mons2015 the entire city is full with art works. The most impressive one would probably be the waterfall of books from the window! “Biografias” is made by the Spanish street artist Alicia Martin.

Aside from this special program there’s plenty of street art in Mons to discover. Just keep a good eye at the alleys and corners of buildings. Everywhere in Mons you’ll see pieces of the artist Trollux2lux.
Must visit: when you’re in Mons (Bergen) and you’re really into (street) art, definitely go to La Fabrique des Singes. At this cool concept store they sell all kinds of cool items!
