Staring at Jacob Amsterdam is already a favorite with everyone in Amsterdam West. That is, because you can brunch there! And as you know, I am absolutely crazy about that too. At Staring at Jacob Amsterdam, you can enjoy a Californian brunch. A mix of typical American brunch classics, but light and healthy.
