This is what you want to know about Stacks Deli Amsterdam
Stacks Dinner has been at the top of our list of favorite restaurants for some time now. It's a cozy place with home-style cooking in Amsterdam West, but you feel like you're in the United States. Within a few months—after a glowing review in De Volkskrant—Stacks became a favorite with Amsterdammers and tourists alike. That's no surprise, because at Stacks Diner, you quickly feel at home. Despite the fact that most of the staff is American, they also know how to charm the Dutch crowd.
The new Stacks Deli Amsterdam will build on the cozy atmosphere of the first location. But what exactly will it look like? That's still unknown. For now, we're fantasizing about a few things, including a place like Saint-Jean Deli – the sibling of the popular coffee shop of the same name. A shop that sells sandwiches, but also ingredients to recreate their creations at home, preferably as similar as possible, and where there's always room for a spontaneous stop.
You'll have to be patient a little longer for the new Stacks Deli Amsterdam – the new location opens its doors in the summer of 2024. Until then, we'll just dream about the delicious creations and dishes from Stacks Diner. Let's hope their new deli is just as good. But to be honest, there's no doubt about it.

Heading out of town? 🍂 These are my favorite walking and drinking spots in the Netherlands.
To be honest... I don't see myself living outside the city anytime soon, but on weekends I do enjoy getting out into nature. That's why I've created a YLBB shortlist of the most beautiful hiking areas, complete with a great spot for drinks nearby.
My perfect Sunday? First, a walk, then plopping down somewhere with a treat or a hot chocolate (or, of course, a glass of wine and bitterballen!).

I used to think Halloween was stupid 🎃.
But since I became a mother, it has become one of our favorite holidays!
There are so many fun things to do together as a family. 🖤
