At SOTTO Amsterdam you’ll feel like you’re in the pretty naples
Pizza, pizza, pizza! One of our favorite pizzerias is expanding and has opened a third restaurant in a new location in the heart of Amsterdam. The third location of SOTTO Amsterdam will be located on the Kadijksplein, near the Scheepvaartmuseum. The other two locations of SOTTO are on the Amstelveenseweg and on the Roelof Hartstraat in South. Good news for everyone who had to travel a while to score one of their amazing focaccia’s.

Back to the pizzas, because that is of course what SOTTO is all about. To make these delicious pizzas from Naples the men of SOTTO Amsterdam have studied by the guards of the Neapolitan pizza: De Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN) and they flew to Naples to gain experience. This results in pizzas with a crispy crust and toppings of the best fresh ingredients. My favourite? The pizza Marinara with tomatoes, garlic, oregano and extra vergine olive oil. So simple, but sooo delicious! Just like their homemade tiramisu btw, mmm!
Ps: did you know you should be able to fold a real Neapolitan pizza without breaking it?
