SOTTO Amsterdam Kadijksplein: for Neapolitan pizzas with a crispy base
At SOTTO Amsterdam you imagine yourself in beautiful Naples
Pizza, pizza, pizza! One of our favorite pizzerias is expanding and has opened a third restaurant in a new location in the heart of Amsterdam. The third SOTTO Amsterdam location is located in the city center on Kadijksplein, near the Maritime Museum. The other two locations are on Amstelveenseweg and Roelof Hartstraat in Amsterdam South. Good news for anyone who had to pedal quite a bit to taste SOTTO Amsterdam's delicious focaccias.

Back to the pizzas, because that's what we're here for, of course. To recreate those delicious Naples pizzas, the guys at SOTTO Amsterdam trained with the guardians of Neapolitan pizza: the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN) and, of course, flew to Naples to gain experience. This results in pizzas with a crispy crust topped with the finest fresh ingredients. My favorite? The Marinara pizza with tomatoes, garlic, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil. So simple, yet divinely delicious! Just like the homemade tiramisu, by the way, mmm!
