Where one door closes, another one opens! And that’s exactly what is happening on the Beukenplein in Amsterdam East. Because now that summer is over, the ice cream shop of Het IJsboefje is over as well. In about six months they will return and for the time being Soto & Sate Amsterdamย will take over the place. Hello delicious winter food!
You already may know Soto & Sate of their pop-up in the Foodhallen. And now they moved to the Beukenplein to help you survive the winter. That means that you can order their delicious Indonesian street food- sotos and sates – for the upcoming 6 months. How about sate Ajam, sate Tjoemi Tjoemi with squid, sate kambing with goatย or theย vegetarian sate tahoe?ย Whatever you decide, the spicy ketjap is our recommendation to go with that. And very nice: during the weekend they’re also open for lunch!
