Skins Institute – De L’Europe Amsterdam: best kept beauty secret

12 July 2015

Enjoy the spa for free when you book at Skins Institute – De L’Europe

Over the years I developed some new beauty rituals. Getting a massage every month is one of them. I know the blogging life to you might only seem glamourous. And YES it is and I would never want to do anything else than being an entrepreneur. But… Working 80 hours a week also demands a lot of your body. Sarah at Skins Institute in Amsterdam is one of my favourite masseuses in town. And trust me… This girl can tell more about my stressed neck and back than I.

So monthly massages it is! Not the worst thing in the world of course ;). Especially not when going to Skins Institute. The location at the Runstraat is great but let me share one of my little secrets with you.

If you book a treatment at Skins Institute – De L’Europe you can enjoy the spa facilities for free as well.

A few hours there equals the perfect lazy Sunday to me!

Spa with view on the canals

I usually get a super stress relieving massage but I should actually try them all one by one. After the massage I like to go into the Finish dry sauna first, then a little jump in the pool and after that the hammam. I know… The Skins Institute and Spa is such a gem! And not to forget about the view on the canal from the relaxing area.

Hope you spoil yourself with a treatment at Skins soon too. Beside the massages they offer a wide range of beauty treatments, from facials to manicures and tailor-made treatment plans.
