Colourful stay in Bangkok’s busy China Town
A must visit on a city trip or stop over in Bangkok is China Town. I don’t think there are any districts that are more busy than this one! So many people on the way to buy groceries or having a tasty bite at one of the many food stalls. The best place to stay the night in China Town in Bangkok is the boutique hotel Shanghai Mansion. This hotel is decorated in the style of Shanghai during the 30’ies! Almost looks like a set for a photoshoot.
Shanghai Mansion hotel in Bangkok is pretty new in town and it’s one of the most co colourful hotels I’ve ever seen! Try to book the family suite which is facing the busy street life of Yaowarat road. This room is so bright it makes you happy when you wake up. All rooms are decorated with Chinese furniture and details. Very cute!
Dim Sum in China Town!
You can’t leave China Town without having some proper Dim Sum for lunch or dinner. Shanghai Mansion in Bangkok is famous for the great Dim Sum restaurant and I highly recommend to try it when you’re in the area. Also nice: they offer a concierge service where the lovely people that work at the hotel take you to all the highlights in the city.
