Cocktails, ceviche and steak at Salmuera Amsterdam!
Salmuera Amsterdam is the newest restaurant on the Rozengracht! It’s located in the building where Chow used to be. This new restaurant gem has two dining rooms and one upper level. You can go there for a night of wining and dining or just a cocktail at the bar with bar bites. The menu consists of three types of food. Delicious bites to share as starters or bar bites. A ceviche section. I LOVE ceviche so I tried them all :-). And a meat section. Best way to experience Salmuera in full is to do a tasting menu with a little bit of both. Chef Rob Aarts sure know what he does with the meat. Can’t wait to go back again!
Curious what the name Salmuera means? It’s a special sauce you can use on your meat to give it extra flavour! It also makes sure that the meat stays tender and juice when you grill it. I really liked the taste on my meat!
