On the website, 70% of the visitors are women. Of these, 45.3% are between the ages of 25-34 years and 18.9% are between the ages of 35-44 years. Of all visitors to Your Little Black Book, more than 78% live in the Netherlands and 48% are present in Amsterdam when they visit the website.

OnInstagram, 48,800 followers follow the adventures at home and abroad on a daily basis, and Anne’s Insta-Stories are viewed about 4,000-7,000 times (with between 100 and 600 swipes leading to a campaign or article). Instagram and Instagram Stories are the go-to channels for Your Little Black Book to have daily contact with the followers. Each wall post reaches between 30,000 and 320,000 or more profiles (depending on the algorithm and promotional budget).

Because Your Little Black Book can also use other successful channels as fixed touch points, a large reach is achieved in a short time. For example, Facebook (61,337 followers), the newsletter (14,940 recipients) and the more than 10,000 readers of the Amsterdam Weekend Guide – with a weekly personal column and tips from Anne – ensure that advertorials actually achieve the agreed views.

Gemiddeld worden sponsored stories 2500 keer gelezen. Dit is dan ook het minimum aantal views waar we naartoe werken. Doorgaans sluiten we de campagnes af met een flinke over-performance. Voor reisartikelen geldt dat het bereik door verloop van tijd alleen maar zal groeien, omdat het content is waar ook op gezocht wordt via Google en Your Little Black Book erg goed is in SEO en artikelen daardoor goed ranken bij de zoekresultaten.

In addition to sponsored stories, Your Little Black Book also makes videos that are especially well viewed on IGTV and Facebook (around 10,000 views). An article that looks like an editorial article but created in collaboration with an advertiser. This is possible, depending on the budget, on the basis of a press release or on the basis of a briefing in which Anne shares her own experience with the brand, surrounding a theme or a certain destination. Within a premium package, sponsored stories or videos are also shared on Facebook, in the newsletter or as a tip in the Amsterdam Weekend Guide. Of course, in case of a smaller budget, it is also possible to purchase these touch points separately (without a sponsored story on the blog itself).

A large reach can be realised in a short time via Instagram or Instagram Stories. Because these channels are incredibly visual, the Instagram Wall only uses campaign images made by Anne herself. For promotion on Instagram Stories, we can work with press images. To increase engagement for all campaigns on social media, it works well to have a clear call-to-action or, for example, a prize competition.

LOCAL CAMPAIGNS FOR AMSTERDAM

Your Little Black Book has a very large reach in Amsterdam and its surrounding cities (Randstad). 48% of all Your Little Black Book visitors are present in Amsterdam at the time they visit the website. Of the followers on Instagram, 42% live in Amsterdam. With a local campaign, over 50,000 views can be achieved within a weekend by using touch points such as the Amsterdam Weekend Guide, the newsletter, Instagram and Facebook. Your Little Black Book is skilled in creating awareness for pop-up stores, events, exhibitions and stores, just to name a few examples. A review of a restaurant cannot be bought. We can, however, view the options for social campaigns, for example.
