If you, like me, enjoy shared dining and eating small bites, Valencia The place to be. Several tapas bars here serve pinchos! Small snacks, usually served on a roll with a stick (pincho) inside. Sagardi's is no exception!
Here you find a table and then walk back and forth to the bar to choose your pinchos. With salmon, tuna, ham, cheeses, eggplant... they all look fantastic and taste amazing. A fun detail: you pay for your skewers after your meal.
