Rose’s Cantina Amsterdam: the most trendy Mexican restaurant in town!

5 October 2013

Yummy cocktails, ceviche and meat at Rose’s Cantina Amsterdam

Rose’s Cantina Amsterdam is a legend for decades… but did you know that it’s totally remodeled little over a year ago? The new Rose’s Cantina Amsterdam is so much more then a restaurant where you go for enchiladas! The interior design is very cool and trendy. With blue walls, wooden tables and vintage accessories. Downstairs is the restaurant and upstairs there’s a bar where you can also go for a drink later at night.

The menu at Rose’s Cantina Amsterdam

I love the menu at Rose’s Cantina Amsterdam! It’s a mix of Mexican and other Southern American flavours. Lots of spicy dishes and great cocktails. Off course I started the night a refreshing mojito ;-). We tasted so many different flavours and it was all delicious. Start your dinner with the home made nacho’s! A must try is the ceviche which Rose’s Cantina Amsterdam serves made from different types of fish. We tasted the cod ceviche, yummy. Also delicious are the fajita’s with pulled pork, the steak and the lamb chops to share. I would highly recommend to do shared dining. Your dishes are then served on wooden plates which is a fun dining experience. Can’t wait to go back to Rose’s Cantina Amsterdam! This location is also perfect for a pre-movie dinner.
