New restaurant at Rijksmuseum: Rijks Amsterdam!
Rijks. Amsterdam is the newest museum restaurant in town. Rijks. is located in the Rijksmuseum! One of Yourlbb’s favourite Chefs, Joris Bijdendijk, created the menu and food concept. Before Rijks. Amsterdam he was the Chef at Bridges*.
The Rijksmuseum tells the story of The Netherlands. This reflects in the menu and interior design of Rijks. Paul Linse is responsible for the interior design of Rijks. Amsterdam. It’s modern but classy with vintage green colours and use of different materials like oak and suede.
Menu at Rijks. Amsterdam
Executive Chef Joris Bijdendijk and his team created a shared dining menu for Rijks. Amsterdam. A menu based on slowfood and local produce. I can’t wait to try and test this new restaurant. The dishes on the menu look amazing. Rijks. Amsterdam offers a selection of warm and cold dishes that are suited for shared dining. It’s also possible to order a ‘Rijkstafel’ a table full with dishes selected by the Chef. From lobster rolls to duck.
