Chef Arvid Schmidt works primarily with seasonal ingredients at Restaurant Entrepot Amsterdam, creating a daily menu. He also cooks extensively over an open fire. The open kitchen allows you to watch the chef at work while you dine – a real treat! A new menu is created daily, and you can choose from three to four dishes per person. Feel free to ask the team for advice! The majority of the wines are from France, but wines from Italy, Germany, Spain, and Austria are also featured on Restaurant Entrepot's wine list.
