Enjoy Burgundian food in Amsterdam at restaurant Breda

A new hotspot in Amsterdam has opened its doors! Restaurant Breda is now open to the public. And that means a feast! Brabant natives Guillaume de Beer and Freek van Noortwijk previously worked in the kitchen of restaurant Daalder in the Jordan, but want to take Burgundian enjoyment to the next level. They're doing just that with Restaurant Breda!

At Restaurant Breda, you'll dine in a chic setting, with high ceilings, white linens, and ornate lamps. Our favorite? The cauliflower, mmm!

The chefs also lead Guts & Glory on the Utrechtsestraat, where they cook with a different main ingredient every six months. With Restaurant Breda, they aim to cook modern and international cuisine at a very high level. Perhaps even at such a high level that they will go for a Michelin star! We are fans!
