Do you love Italian food just like me? What I find so delicious about Italian cuisine is that the dishes are so pure. Often without unnecessary ingredients, but made only with the best products. These grilled lamb chops are a good example of that for me. This recipe comes from a wonderful Italian cookbook. In *The Bible of Italian Cuisine* , Maud Moody, Nina Bogaerts, and Leonardo Pacenti – from restaurant Toscanini in Amsterdam – showcase the endless possibilities of Italian cuisine. Invite your friends over for a cozy barbecue evening, or prepare the lamb chops outside on the barbecue and enjoy them inside at the table. Of course, you can also use a grill pan. Happy cooking!
