The owner and chef has many years of experience; he previously owned two ramen restaurants in Germany and gained experience as an assistant chef in Tokyo. And it shows: the new Ramen Fujitora is almost always full.

At Fou Fow Ramen, you'll sit on wooden stools, enjoy a view of Asian murals, and enjoy a Japanese beer and a delicious bowl of ramen. Delicious, right? Fou Fow Ramen is located both on Elandsgracht (around the corner from the Yourlbb office!) and in the Van Wou in the Pijp.

This spot on Westerstraat has super delicious ramen. Handy: they also have vegetarian versions! You might already know this spot as Yama Ramen, but they're now going by Hinata.

Mister Chen x Cha House is a dim sum paradise on Linnaeusstraat in East Amsterdam. Fried shrimp dumplings, meat and veggie gyozas, and steamed pastries—Cha House offers them all. And of course, they also have delicious ramen! All of this in a very cozy, homey setting.
