Porchetteria Amsterdam: The city's very first porchetta restaurant

In De Pijp you will now find the new spot Porchetteria Amsterdam

Oh, porchetta is so delicious. Pork belly cooked in the oven and dig in… You could wake me up in the middle of the night for this. Healthy? Maybe not, but indulging every now and then is good for you too. Especially when it’s this tasty! And this pork belly has now been given its very own spot in De Pijp , called Porchetteria Amsterdam. This new spot on Frans Halsstraat is open daily from 12:00 to 20:00 for both takeaway and eat-in.

The menu features a variety of sandwiches and pizzas, all prepared in a wood-fired oven. Porchetteria, of course, is the star of most dishes, like the Bianca Porchetteria pizza with pork belly and burrata. But they also offer vegetarian options and pizzas with other meats (spicy salami with mozzarella… yum). A nice touch: At Porchetteria Amsterdam, they understand that sometimes you're craving something, but that combination isn't always on the menu. So, you can even create your own sandwich or pizza. All the ingredients you love on one pizza! You can also choose from three sizes, so whether you're a light or big eater, you can customize the size to your liking.

TIP: Be sure to check out the drinks box at Porchetteria. Perfect with a glass of wine or a beer!

Fun: On Sundays, Porchetteria Amsterdam has a Sunday Wooden Oven Roast, serving dishes like spare ribs, pulled pork, gyros, and more from their wood-fired oven. DELICIOUS!
