EENMAAL at Lensvelt is a very special pop-up restaurant in Amsterdam: it’s a one- person restaurant! You’ll dine on your one, surrounded by other solo-diners. And you’ll sit in a Studio Job setting at Lensvelt contract furniture.
At pop-up EENMAAL in Amsterdam, you can enjoy a three-course lunch or dinner, on your own. This is what they call ‘disconnected‘ dinner. A concept, made up now there more singles in Amsterdam then a few years ago and people are getting used to eat by them selves. Although I’m not single anymore, I’m very curious about the concept.
