Dutch food at persijn amsterdam in east

This fall, we can finally go to a new restaurant in Amsterdam East, Persijn Amsterdam by chefs Luc Kusters (Bolenius) and Alexander Brouwer. At Taste of Amsterdam we had to pleasure to get to know Persijn Amsterdam a bit better already, and they had some dishes for us all to try. A Dutch caprese, asparagus with salmon and even carrot croquettes. And what do these dishes have in common? They’re all very Dutch. We like it and we can’t wait for the restaurant to open its doors.

at persijn amsterdam, the food is fresh, healthy and delicious

Persijn is a ‘Dutch Eatery‘ and equals fresh, healthy yet also very delicious food. Everything here is Dutch, ingredients come from our small country and even from their own greenhouse. A greenhouse which can be found on the 22nd floor of the building. Here they produce their own vegetables, fruits, herbs and even fish(!) too. Must be good! We can’t wait for them to open, so we can try it all out ourselves.

Persijn Amsterdam is a place where you can go to for a no-nonsens breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. Perfect to go here with your best friends, but also a great place if you have a work related dinner. Persijn wants to make you feel at home and wants you to enjoy the Dutch cuisine.

We know where we’ll go this fall ;-)
