Black Friday is no longer just an American thing, but for the past few years it's been just as popular in the Netherlands. On the Friday after Thanksgiving (this year, November 28th), many (online) stores are offering huge discounts. This year, you could almost call it Black Friday Week, because many online stores in the Netherlands are offering Black Friday Deals all week long and extending them into Cyber Monday (the Monday after Black Friday). Perfect if you still need to do some shopping for Sinterklaas or Christmas! Normally, I'm a big fan of shopping at concept stores and smaller shops, but with the huge price increases on groceries and our energy bills, I have to admit, I'm now definitely searching online for the cheapest deals.

First of all: thank you for being here to close out 2025 <3.
2025, you were everything I hoped you would be and more. So many new memories.
I don't yet know what 2026 will bring, but last year was one for the books. Highlights included trips to China, Mexico City, Egypt, and exploring the English countryside.
Entrepreneurs probably recognize that 2025 was not an easy year.
When I started Your Little Black Book, I had one dream: not to work to stay somewhere for free in exchange for content and the pressure of a "picture perfect" experience. But to use my revenue models to book and experience those special places myself, as a guest instead of an influencer, and to give you honest tips.
After almost 15 years of entrepreneurship, I'm so happy with the balance between editorial and commercial work and that I can also say no to things that don't feel right.
At the same time, it's still special that destinations, airlines, and hotels hire me to create a customized Little Black Book for them. I have complete freedom with these campaigns, and I believe in the value of these content-based tips that truly suit your taste. And they come from me personally, not from a machine.

This will always be my dream job, the one I created almost 15 years ago. I still do as much as possible myself. That's energizing—from both successes and failures.

During Black Friday, many home furnishing stores in the Netherlands participate, but also many fashion brands and even many travel-related web shops, such as Booking.com but also for example Travelbags.nlThat's how I saved a huge amount of money when we needed to buy specific items for our world trip. And at Booking.com, you can book a wide range of hotels at a discount until December 3rd (for stays until the end of December 2026!). View all deals here >> I will definitely make use of this myself, because I still have to book all the hotels for our trip to China.
Some brands keep their discounts secret until the day itself, while others have been running special offers all week to spread the crowds. In this overview, I've listed a wide range of online shops, from home and fashion to tech, beauty, and travel. First of all: thank you for being here to close out 2025 <3.
2025, you were everything I hoped you would be and more. So many new memories.
I don't yet know what 2026 will bring, but last year was one for the books. Highlights included trips to China, Mexico City, Egypt, and exploring the English countryside.
Entrepreneurs probably recognize that 2025 was not an easy year.
When I started Your Little Black Book, I had one dream: not to work to stay somewhere for free in exchange for content and the pressure of a "picture perfect" experience. But to use my revenue models to book and experience those special places myself, as a guest instead of an influencer, and to give you honest tips.
After almost 15 years of entrepreneurship, I'm so happy with the balance between editorial and commercial work and that I can also say no to things that don't feel right.
At the same time, it's still special that destinations, airlines, and hotels hire me to create a customized Little Black Book for them. I have complete freedom with these campaigns, and I believe in the value of these content-based tips that truly suit your taste. And they come from me personally, not from a machine.

This will always be my dream job, the one I created almost 15 years ago. I still do as much as possible myself. That's energizing—from both successes and failures.

Department stores
hema: It's no secret that Hema is one of my favorite department stores. I rarely leave without buying something, whether it's something for Manuel, craft supplies, or something for the home. During Black Friday, they have discounts of up to 50% on a wide range of products.
Fashion
&Other Stories: You can already sign up for the newsletter to claim the Black Friday discount. Keep an eye on the website on Friday to see what the discount will be, but it will likely be around 30%, just like last year!
H&M: There are already some offers live, and rumor has it they'll be offering even more discounts on Black Friday. Not just good news for fashion... but also for H&M Home.
ASOS: You name it, you can almost always find it at ASOS. I can spend hours scrolling through the pages of dresses and often find something that's not everyone's cup of tea. For Black Friday, they already have thousands of items 70% off.
COS: This remains a great brand for timeless basics. COS usually participates in Black Friday, so keep an eye on the webshop during Black Friday!
Mango: Okay, I have to admit, this list of tips is taking me twice as long now, because I also had to browse the Mango webshop, as they're having a great deal on sale. Guilty not guilty!
Net a Porter: Hands down, one of my favorite online designer stores. At the start of the season, I add items to my favorites, and if they're on super sale, I'll grab them. Whether they'll participate in Black Friday this year isn't known yet, but I'll definitely be keeping an eye on them!
TEVA: Those of you who have been following me for a while know that I always bring my Tevas on long-distance trips. They used to be a bit dusty, but they're totally on-trend these days. Do you prefer stylish black or bright colors? They're essential for me if you're traveling during the rainy season! During Black Friday, you can subscribe to their newsletter for early access to the deals. You can check out the deals on the day itself via the link below.
JD Sports: Are your sneakers due for replacement? Or do you want to find some great sneakers for your child? Then keep an eye on the (pre-)Black Friday deals from JD Sports.
Ray Ban: Score a great pair of designer sunglasses for your next vacation. Good news, because Ray-Ban is also participating in Black Friday and has discounts of up to 50%.

Douglas: Beauty products are typically the kind of thing you buy year-round, so buying your favorite brands with a 25% discount during Black Friday is a real bonus. At Douglas, many offers go live on the day itself and they also have pre-Black Friday deals.
The Online DrugstoreStarting November 21, 2025, you can score the best daily deals with big discounts on personal care products, vitamins, and much more. And starting November 28, the big Black Friday Weekend kicks off with extra sharp offers and exclusive promotions.
Yummy gumsFrom hair gummies to gummies that boost your immune system, everything is on sale for up to 40% off.
Living & Home
Discover tons of online stores offering Black Friday deals on home furnishings and decorating! If you've heard of them already, I've already mentioned a few offers!
Sissy Boy Homeland: The kind of home furnishings store you'd actually love to live in. There are few things I don't like in Sissy Boy's selection. And nope, I certainly don't go home empty-handed very often. That's why the webshop is so ideal. I can browse for hours and decide the next day what I'm going to buy for my home. I just wouldn't wait too long on Black Friday! You can find out what their special offer is this Friday via this link (assuming they're participating again, like last year with a 20% discount).
Wine fair: Chances are you'll be popping open a bottle in the coming weeks. You can also find discounted wine for your Christmas dinner at De Wijnbeurs on Black Friday. Choose some delicious bottles now and order them.
EMMA Mattresses: At home, we all sleep on Emma mattresses, and it's like sleeping in a hotel! You'd be stealing from your own wallet if you needed a new mattress and didn't buy it now with a 50% discount.
Dyson: Secretly a bit bummed out here, because I had to buy a new vacuum cleaner because the old one was broken. They're currently offering discounts on various Dyson products at Bol.com. That's a nice bonus!
Tefal: The best purchase for me as a home worker is definitely ours multigrill from Tefal been. Delicious toasted sandwiches or warm wraps for lunch with all sorts of fillings. And for Manuel, we bake waffles and poffertjes almost every weekend now. I'm considering this Black Friday The Airfryer Available for purchase, but first, make some room in your kitchen cupboards! They have lots of (pre-)Black Friday deals, so take advantage!
Leen Bakker: I can safely say this is one of my "secret" addresses for finding gems. Those items that someone really wants to know where you got them from, and then react with surprise when you tell them it's "just" from Leen Bakker. For example, I bought the bamboo roller blinds for our bedroom there. They have tons of Black Friday deals, all week long.
Xenos: Did you know that Xenos also has an online store? They have a special page with all the Black Friday deals, which are valid all week long, not just on November 28th.
