The trendy brother of Sagardi: Orio Valencia
In The Netherlands we are familiar with Spanish tapas, but have you ever had Spanish pinchos before? This is the ‘dressy’ brother of tapas. Tapas on a bread roll. Super tasty! I had it at Orio in Valencia. In the same street as pincho bar Sagardi. They call Orio the trendy brother of Sagardi but the pinchos… taste as good!
There was so much to see at Orio in Valencia with all these different kinds of pinchos. If you like fish or meat, cheese or veggies. There is so much choice. The idea is the same as at Sagardi where you have to walk to the bar to choose your pinchos. Do like the Valencians and have an extensive lunch in the afternoon to eat pinchos in the evening!
