Sagardi's hip brother: Orio Valencia
In the Netherlands, we're mostly familiar with Spanish tapas. But have you ever tried Spanish pinchos? The "fancy" version of tapas. Also known as tapas on a sandwich. Super delicious! I had this at Orio in Valencia. In the same street as pincho bar SagardiOrio is also called Sagardi's hipper brother, but the pinchos... they taste just as good!
I was amazed at all the different kinds of pinchos at Orio in Valencia. Whether you like fish or meat, cheese or vegetables, you have a huge selection. Just like at Sagardi, you go to the bar to choose your own pinchos. Like the Valencians, enjoy a leisurely lunch in the afternoon and a cozy dinner in the evening!
