Each year the question comes again: what are you going to do during NYE? Apart from stuffing yourself with ‘oliebollen’ (Dutch deep-fried doughnuts) and champagne of course. When it comes down to parties, there’s plenty to do in Amsterdam. But when you look at the restaurants, it’s a lot more difficult. Lots of restaurants are closed during NYE or are throwing private parties. But we did some research and found some nice restaurants in Amsterdam that are open during New Year’s Eve! Are you curious which those are?
