They serve modern Asian food at No95. Inspired on the Japanese and Vietnamese kitchen. On the menu you’ll find delicious dishes as Vietnamese beef carpaccio and Vietnamese summer rolls with rice noodles. Or choose one of the Japanese ‘Choose and Share’. A combination of a couple of delicious Japanese dishes to share. And who doesn’t love shared dining ;-).
Interior x no95 amsterdam
They interior shows a touch of Asia. A large brick wall on one side and on on the other side a banging green wall. On both sides long velvet couches with comfortable chairs and a beautiful bar with the numbers 9 and 5 in tiny mirror stones. Nice!

And curious where the name comes from? I think the meaning behind the name No95 is beautiful. Number 9 stands for not being greedy and do something for your fellow-creature. Number 5 stands for being open to new experiences in life. No95 believes that it is important not to have too many obligations and to love yourself. And I totally agree!
