Williamsburg Uncovered Day 1
We've been exploring Williamsburg extensively these past few days. I've been there before I've been there, and it remains a super fun neighborhood in Brooklyn. From Manhattan, it's only a 10-minute L subway ride from 14th Street to the trendy Bedford Avenue. Here you'll find tons of little boutiques and great vintage shopping! I love the atmosphere in Williamsburg. So different from Manhattan… I LOVE it! I'd love to live there with all those hotspots :-). In this blog post, I'll tell you all about the best spots on 6th, 7th, and 9th Street!
We begin our Williamsburg adventure on 6th Street, one of the side streets of Bedford Avenue. Our first hotspot is Shoe marketI'd love to get some Acne-style boots in NY!
One of the best coffee shops in Williamsburg is the hotspot Tony's Estate CoffeeIn the summer, locals enjoy sitting outside on the benches. If you're in the mood for good coffee, this is the place to be!

As a former home magazine girl, I love home furnishing stores. Merch is a super cool shop with a beautiful collection of original accessories for your home. Some items fit perfectly in your suitcase ;-)!
Smorgasburg is a must-see if you're visiting Williamsburg. So go on a Saturday (best for food) or Sunday (best for fleas) and enjoy a delicious meal and drinks with a view of Manhattan. We were there on Sunday. Williamsburg FleaJust like Smorgasburg, but with fewer food trucks. As a foodie, I order a lobster roll. Yummy roll with lobster main and chili mayo. So good! I'll try it again soon!
My brother happily picks up a bottle of bubbly at a liquor store near Smorgasburg. You're not supposed to drink in public, so we pour the bubbly from that red plastic cup you always see in movies. Secretly drinking has never been so much fun ;-)!
One of my favorite stores in NY is Artists and FleasThey have a location in Chelsea Market and one in Williamsburg. There you'll find all sorts of small stalls from designers selling their handmade goods. I'm especially fond of the indie jewelry.
At Artists and Fleas, I bought a ring with an uncut nude-colored quartz piece. It's an eye-catcher!
We walk along Rosa Rita fish shack The lovely Mexican restaurant Bianca blogged about a few weeks ago. It's happy hour, so we order delicious oyster margaritas :-).
And as is the case with happy hours, we order another plate of oysters and cocktails. It's not for nothing that it's 'buy one get one'... ;-). The gold ring with orange carnelian is from Nikki Namaste!
A selfie of the necklace I got in Madrid last spring! Marc by Marc Jacobs sunglasses, H&M dress, and Chanel earrings.
We walk up Bedford Avenue onto 9th Street. I have only one mission! Get new necklaces made at Brooklyn CharmLast year I had something made here, and I wear that necklace all the time. They have thousands of charms in all shapes and sizes. I spent an hour in this fashionista candy store having six new necklaces made. I can't wait to pick them up tomorrow!

After dinner we walk around for a bit The Output, one of the best techno clubs in Williamsburg. The line is so long, though, that we're heading back to Manhattan. We'll check back next weekend!
