Yes, a homemade wood-fired oven. In fact, they built almost everything in the shop themselves. To complete the overall rugged industrial look, there's a huge work table inside. They'll probably use it again to build something fun. I like it!

A pizza margherita is always a good idea, of course. But at Buurman & Buurman, you should definitely try something different. They have the most amazing pizza creations! With ingredients that aren't too outlandish, but still a little different than usual. Ingredients like pomegranate, kale, and smoked sausage. It keeps things a little exciting.

The guys from Buurman & Buurman (they used to be neighbors!) choose their ingredients purely for flavor. That's why they occasionally use organic ingredients, but only if they taste better. Makes sense. This way, you can be sure they're working hard to make the pizzas as delicious as possible!
