The days are getting shorter,  darker and it’s almost winter time. YES! Now that there are more rainy and colder days coming up it’s time to go to the movies! We listed the best movies to see this month in the cinema. Whether you have movie night with friends or a date with your lover, you want to see these movies!

These are six movies that you want to see this November. From action movies to the real deal feel good ones.

Oh Baby (from November 9)

In Oh Baby, directed by Thomas Acda, we follow the story of songwriter Ruben who doesn’t take life (and love) too seriously. If after the unexpected death of an old lover, he appears to be the father of an eight-month-old boy, his life completely changes. Suddenly he has to take care of baby Oscar, and as if that is not enough, his new sister-in-law Lucy also wants to take care of her nephew…

Murder on the Orient Express (from November 9)

At Yourlbb we have been looking forward to this film for a long time! Murder on the Orient Express is based on the novel of bestseller-author Agatha Christie and tells the story of thirteen strangers stranded in a train, in a situation where everyone can be a suspect. For one man, it’s a race against the clock to solve the puzzle before the attacker strikes again. Exciting!

Suburbicon (from November 16)

In this film, directed by George Clooney and with a scenario of the Coen brothers, a robbery is commited in Suburbicon, a small American town with fancy families and well-kept gardens, at the house of Gardner and Rose Lodge. Then it appears that this model family has a great secret to hide. Blackmail, betrayal and vengeance prevail in Suburbicon, and that’s just the beginning…

The Square (from November 9)

In this satire about the art world, a PR agency is being hired to attract public to a museum of contemporary art in Stockholm. The unorthodox campaign they come with soon goes viral and provides the necessary commotion. Christian, the respected senior curator of the museum is struggling with an existential crisis and his life seems to get off track even more.

Justice League (from November 16)

Months after the events in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Bruce Wayne (Batman) and Diana Prince (Wonder Woman) gather a team of metahumens, consisting of the Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg, to stop the threat of Steppenwolf and his army of Parademons. A must-see for the real DC Comics fans umong us ;-)

Battle of the Sexes (from November 23)

In this true story, tennis champion Billie Jean King, played by Emma Stone, took it up against 55-year-old pensionado Bobby Riggs, played by Steve Carell, in 1973. Former champion Riggs thought he would win this match easily. This (tennis) battle between men and women meant much more than the historic tennis match it was: it fed the discussion between men and women in bedrooms and meeting rooms around the world.
