Mooie Boules Bar Amsterdam: jeu de boules pop-up t/m 1 januari

Bowlen is uit, jij wilt jeu de boulen met je vrienden!

De Mooie Boules bar in Amsterdam is misschien wel de leukste pop-up van 2016. In ieder geval de meest originele! In het pand waar eerst Gustafson zat kun je nu tot 1 januari (we voelen een knaller van een NYE aankomen daar!) aan de jeu de boules. Juist ja, dat spelletje dat je waarschijnlijk net als ik eindeloos hebt gespeeld met je ouders of vriendjes op de camping in Frankrijk. Ook wel bekend als petanque, hoewel de regels nét iets anders zijn. Maar het beginsel is hetzelfde, je gooit zo dicht mogelijk tegen het kleine balletje aan. Haal je jeu de boules ballen dus maar van zolder of uit de schuur en boek een van de acht banen met je vrienden.

Maar natuurlijk draait het niet alleen om de ‘sport’, maar juist om de borrel en het lekkere eten dat verzorgd wordt door restaurant Fier uit West. Uiteraard alles met een Frans tintje en de happen variëren van frites met stoofvlees tot een broodje raclette. En voor dat laatste alleen al kom ik graag! De Mooie Boules bar in Amsterdam is iedere vrijdag en zaterdag open tot 3 uur ‘s nachts en als jij uitgegooid bent dan kun je met de voetjes van de vloer, want er komt ook een DJ draaien.
