Mister Makan Indo Streetfood Amsterdam: pop-up restaurant until January 13 at the Kopstoot Bar

14 December 2017

new pop-up from mister makan for INDO STREETFOOD in amsterdam

OH YES, one of our favourite food trucks Mister Makan opened an Indo Streetfood pop-up restaurant at the Kopstoot Bar till January 13. For one month Mister Makan, who we of course know from various festivals, runs this pop-up full of tasty bites, drinks and dancing in the Kopstootbar. Around the corner at the Leidsestraat, Indo street food is cooked as would normally eat it on the streets of Jakarta and Bali. YUM!

Okay, what to expect in terms of food? For their second pop-up Mister Makan has put together a new menu with all kinds of tasty Indonesian dishes. For € 20,- you can choose from a menu with as starters sate lilit, tau telor & bakwan, risolles, lemper or lumpia, as main course sate ayam, gado gado 2.0, bumbu bali, ikan pepesan or the soto ayam week special. And for dessert you can choose between pisang goreng with ice cream or spekkoek with ice cream. Sounds good! Good to know: they recommend to ask about the vegan options.

Ps: On Saturday December 23, Mister Makan and Gado x Gado will celebrate this pop-up with a small party in the Kopstootbar. A special Gado Gado dish will be served all evening and at 10 PM the lights will be turned off and the music will be turned up… ;-)
