27 September 2016

slow food and mexican snacks at mexico boulevard amsterdam

Owners Jan and Ana have two things in common: they love food and share a passion for the Mexican cuisine. So what do you do? Together you start a new hotspot in Amsterdam where it’s all about both passions. The result: Mexico Boulevard Amsterdam!

On the menu of Mexico Boulevard many Mexican snacks. For example delicious starters such as quesadilla’s with cheese, chorizo or mushrooms and chimichanga. And of course the nachos with guacamole cannot be forgotten. But there’s more at Mexico Boulevard Amsterdam…

Jan and Ana are going for the Mexican slow food concept, where they prepare all the dishes by old customs and traditional ingredients. The arrachera is served served according to their own recipe: delicious juicy meat with a mixture of sliced peppers, onions and sauce. And how about grasshoppers toasted with guacamole and pasilla pepper sauce? Yum! Another plus: the dishes are affordable! Starters from 3.75 euros and for a main course, you pay about 15 euros.

Mmm, already started craving for this Mexican feast? The address of Mexico Boulevard Amsterdam is Rijnstraat 157.
