Healthy food hotspot Malmö in Valencia
In Valencia there are a few restaurants by the same owner, like Malmö, that have a cool interior with Nordic design. Malmö, Copenhagen and Oslo are specialised in vegetarian and vegan food. We went to Malmö for dinner. Although I love meat I like to eat vegetarian food at least twice a week. The interior is very clean and light and full of design.
The menu at Malmö has very good vegetarian food on it and even some vegan options. We had the guacamole with sweet potato chips as a starter. After all the croquettes, chorizo and other tapas I wanted to eat something different so I went for the fresh pasta with pumpkin and a salsa verde. Very tasty!
On the weekends I recommend to make a reservation at Malmö (or Copenhagen or Oslo). If you go in without you might be lucky to find a spot at the bar like us!
