You can imagine that after a few days in Madrid, you'd really be done with Patatas Bravas ;-). You'd feel like going to a more traditional, more gourmet restaurant. So I was thrilled when my parents treated my love and me to lunch at Luzi Bombón Madrid for my 30th birthday. It's a fantastic restaurant from the same group that also houses Bar Tomate Madrid. During the week, Luzi Bombón Madrid is a popular restaurant with businesspeople. So be prepared for men in gray suits ;). On weekends, Luzi Bombón Madrid is a hotspot for yuppies living in Salamanca, who dine there until the early hours. The menu at this popular restaurant is packed with delicious dishes. I recommend the lobster ceviche and tuna. Luzi Bombón Madrid has a designer interior: lots of wood, concrete floors, and designer furniture.
