Little Collins Amsterdam: shared dining hotspot!

Little Collins Amsterdam has been one of my favorite brunch hotspots for years. So I want I'm thrilled to share that Little Collins is also open for dinner on Thursdays and Fridays. Enjoy a delicious meal with friends or your loved one from the shared dining menu featuring international flavors. Medium-sized dishes are perfect for sharing with the whole table. And have you ever tried the Bloody Marys at Little Collins? They're fantastic! And they have several flavors. My favorite is the Tokyo Bloody Mary. Next time, I'll try the Mexican Bloody Mary :-).

As for the menu... where do I begin? Everything is delicious! The menu features about 13 dishes, and there's a special every day. Start your evening with oysters! They're incredibly delicious and served with tequila and salmon roe. For two people, four dishes to share and a dessert are enough for an evening of enjoyment. My personal favorites at Little Collins Amsterdam are: Korean beef tartar with nori, bruschetta with Stilton and pear, catfish with seaweed risotto and the day's special, when we were there delicious wild pigeon.

Because we love delicious cheeses, we shared the cheese board for dessert. It featured cheese from Erik's Delicatessen in Amsterdam East.

Another great thing about Little Collins Amsterdam is their excellent wine list, including affordable house wines. And of course, let's not forget the dinner cocktails. Something that's been a trend in New York for years and is now becoming increasingly popular in Amsterdam, just like brunch. A great way to start your meal!

The atmosphere at Little Collins Amsterdam is fantastic! It feels a bit like a neighborhood hotspot in Berlin or London. A bit industrial, but with a cozy, large table that can seat several people. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside on the small terrace.
