For incredibly fresh fish, you've come to the right place at Siem Schilder & Zonen Fishmongers. Several generations have passed through here (hence the name) and they truly make time for you. Whether you're looking for a herring or a full-on fish platter, you're guaranteed to find what you're looking for at Siem Schilder & Zonen. You'll find them at number 149.
Admit it: there's nothing quite like freshly baked bread and croissants. They know that at De Verse Broodkraam, because they bake amazing bread. From madeleines to half loaves of white bread, sugar loaves, and quiches: they have something for everyone.
You'll recognize them by the large, waving flag with their logo and the cheerful group of young men behind the stall: Twins Olives is the ultimate stall for Mediterranean delicacies, including perhaps the tastiest black olives we've ever tasted. Their various hummus varieties are also equally excellent, as are their freshly made sandwiches that you can eat standing up.

At the beginning of the Albert Cuyp Market there is a Vietnamese spring roll stall whose name no one knows exactly, but which is nevertheless world famous in Amsterdam. Mokum Magazine They were even declared the tastiest spring rolls in Amsterdam.
