Le Petit Marcel Paris: not hip at all, but oh so typically Parisian

If you're a frequent visitor to Paris, chances are you have your own Le Petit Marcel. A typical French spot with okay—not fantastic—food for a reasonable price, featuring dishes you'd find at any other spot. Where you sit on tiny bistro chairs at tiny tables to eat, and where the terrace is lit until late at night.

In one of the most touristy parts of Paris, right near the Centre Pompidou, sits Le Petit Marcel. A little spot I’ve been going to for maybe 10 years whenever I’m in that neighborhood. Not because it’s so hip, but because it’s oh-so delightfully French. A small bistro with a typical French terrace and an interior that seems unchanged since the 20s. Love it! At Petit Marcel, you naturally get a typical French café bite . From escargots to steak tartare, super simple and no fuss. Just because sometimes you don't feel like anything too complicated or a super trendy place. Curious to know what 'your' Le Petit Marcel in Paris is!
