Sunday means brunch time for my lover and me! Kolm Sibulat Tallinn isn't that great yet It's open late, and all the locals are talking about it. Of course, we had to try it out for ourselves! About a 15-minute walk from the city center, you'll find this hotspot in the hipster Kalamaja neighborhood. Kolm Sibulat means "3 onions," and they've cleverly reflected this in the copper lamps in the interior. Real eye-catchers! Bare brick walls and a concrete floor give Kolm Sibulat Tallinn a trendy look. One section has wooden walls, making it feel like you're in a cabin on a ski holiday. Cozy for the winter!
The menu at Kolm Sibulat Tallinn features typical Estonian dishes with a modern or international twist. We've noticed over the past few days that cider is a super popular drink in Tallinn. And since it's already after 13 p.m., we decide to go for it. It's vacation time, after all ;-)! For brunch, we order (aka the #foodtwins) scallops with chili and ginger aioli. Tastes as good as it sounds! With our jackets on, we were able to sit outside and eat. Delicious!
The creative industrial area around Telliskivi 60. Have fun!
