Koffiespot Amsterdam: coffee bar on the Elandsgracht

New & improved: Koffiespot in Amsterdam

Koffiespot in Amsterdam. Rings a bell? A coffee bar on the Elandsgracht. They recently changed owners, been closed for a little while for renovations and now… they are back! And how. The place looks really good (warm, cozy, welcoming). And, they serve coffee from Bocca, tasty sandwiches and healthy sweets!

Koffiespot opened a few days ago and is already popular in the neighbourhood. Neighbour after neighbour comes in for a coffee to go. I myself took place at the big table to order a breakfast with yogurt and home-made granola. After that (and after finishing off some work) I ordered a sandwich for lunch. One with truffle egg salad. Also home-made, healthy and suuuuuu-per tasty!

Nice to know: in addition to various breakfasts (like croissants and yogurt with granola) they serve three different types of sandwiches here at lunchtime. And this menu changes weekly. Do you fancy something sweet with your coffee? The cakes here are sugar free, lactose free and gluten free!

Oh and do not forget to order a espresso or latte here … they know how to make good coffee!
