braaiI don't think there's anything on the menu at Braai that I don't like. Perfect comfort food for a night in with Netflix. The ribs are especially delicious. If you're ordering for two, go for the ribs and chicken mix!

PompetI know quite a few who say this is one of my favorite gems in Noord. From the lovely terrace in the park, you can just keep an eye on the kids in the sandbox. They have a takeaway menu on Thursdays and Fridays. For up-to-date information, it's best to follow their social media channels. They offer pancakes or ice cream to go for the little ones. Flammküchen or fries with beef. The chicken is perfect to take home and heat up. And did I mention they also have iced coffee (which I drink daily, even at home) to go?
