Canoe & SUP Amsterdam
Kano & SUP Amsterdam boasts a perfect location on the Amstel River. From here, you can canoe straight onto Amsterdam's canals and explore the city. They rent both single and double canoes. Thanks to Kano & SUP Amsterdam's location on the Amstel River, you can end your day on the water at one of the many nearby terraces.

Camping Zeeburg
Camping Zeeburg is located in the heart of the IJmeer, making it the perfect base for exploring the lake. We highly recommend taking advantage of the scenic routes the campsite offers, which include a stop at the beach and even a café. What could be better?

Sloterplas Canoe Club
To use a canoe at the Sloterplas Canoe Club, you generally need to become a member, but it's definitely worth it. From here, you can explore the Sloterplas in a relaxed way. The club also organizes a massive international canoe trip through the Amsterdam canals once a year; definitely recommended! Tip: enjoy a drink afterwards at the completely renovated Boothuis.

Zeeburg Canoe Club
Zeeburg Canoe Club is ideal for more experienced canoeists. To join, you have to become a member, but if you enjoy canoeing, it's definitely worth it! This club organizes a wide range of activities and courses, but simply spending a day on the water is also an option. Its location on the Nieuwe Vaart canal provides easy access to the IJmeer, and for more experienced canoeists, even the Markermeer.

Canoeing on IJburg
At Kano op IJburg, members can take a wide variety of trips with kayaks, sea canoes, surf skis, or a Canadian canoe. The club is located in the reedlands of the IJmeer lake, making it the perfect practice spot for beginners, but experienced paddlers are also welcome; you can paddle straight onto the IJmeer and Markermeer lakes! Good to know: they regularly offer individual clinics, for example, in stand-up paddleboarding. You don't need to be a member, but you can join at a discount after attending one. Keep an eye on the website for more information.

Amsterdamse Bos Canoe Rental offers the perfect base for exploring the Amsterdamse Bos. Follow one of the suggested routes or create your own itinerary, perhaps even enjoying the sunshine. For the more adventurous, pedal boats are also available for rent.

From Kano Amsterdam Noord, you can enjoy canoeing on the Noorder IJplas lake. Rent a canoe here if you're looking for a fun day of water sports. Enjoy the sunshine while you unconsciously do a full arm workout. Owner Marianne also organizes canoe trips; think of a guided tour through the Amsterdam canals, Waterland, 't Twiske lake, the Gooimeer lake, or the Loosdrechtse Plassen lakes. Definitely recommended if you enjoy group activities!
