Who still thinksย drinking whiskey is a man thing to do is totally wrong. The other day I went to JD Williams Whisky Barย inย Amsterdamย with my love to drink cocktails.ย We had a perfect spot on the small terrace outside so we decided to also stay for dinner. And I can recommend ย you to do the sameย because the menu is just delicious. Surprisingly Korean dishes with a twist!
Meals like Korean Rib Eye Taco andย Edame falafel. Fun to share, so you can taste different dishes. I love shared dining. Especially when on aย date night!
I really like the location of JD Williams Whisky Bar. It’s in the middle of theย Prinsenstraatย in the always cozyย Jordaan. It’s amazing how many nice restaurants are situated in this little street, likeย Cafe de Klepelย andย Satatouille, and onlyย 5 minutes walking distance from the Noordermarkt.
The fun thing to do, when your sitting outside on the terrace of JD Williams Whisky Bar is to watch people walking by! When it’s cold outside it’s just as nice to sit inside at the bar or in one of the cozy corners. The cocktailsย you definitely have to try here are: Silly Salle andย Amsterdam Sour. So good! Ordering them from their Black Book makes them even more sophisticated :-).
