That Indonesia is a beautiful country is no secret to us. But I never had the chance to visit Java, Yet… because last fall I finally went there for a round trip visiting all the high lights of this island. And while it’s totally different from Bali (like 360 degrees different!) it stole my heart with it’s beauty. Yes, it’s very touristy at the main attractions but I wouldn’t have want to miss it. Java feels authentic, is home to all the major historic sights and is a great destination to travel by train. Curious?
