Jack Dish Amsterdam: restaurant in the Stadionbuurt

29 July 2015

ALL DAY HOTSPOT whit a sunny terrace: JACK DISH AMSTERDAM

There’s a new hotspot in the Stadionbuurt of Amsterdam: Jack DishA very nice restaurant where you can sit the whole day. At first it seems like a small cafe, but appearances are deceiving. The restaurant exist out two parts and a huge outdoor terrace!

They have a brunch, aperitif and dinner menu. A classic menu with a modern twist. So for brunch you can order bread steak tartare, bread with mackerel and beetroot yogurt or a beemsterlant bratwurst with sauerkraut. They also have really nice salads, like the pea salad with Gaasterlandse sheep cheese and a poached egg. My personal favourite! :-) You can order the salads for both brunch and dinner. Next to the salads you will find farm chicken, rib-eye and stewed eggplant on dinner menu. Yes, also vegetarians can have a lovely dinner here!

Interiour X Jack Dish Amsterdam

Jack Dish has a chic, cozy interior. Lots of greenery and a beautiful wooden floor. They have an open kitchen, with a big green egg and a high bar where you can sit as well. There is a very nice vibe and this is partly due to the spontaneous and friendly service.

Nice to know: Jack Dish is from the same owners as Café Binnen Buiten en Restaurant Braque in Amsterdam. So imagine the nice outdoor terrace of Binnen Buiten and the delicious cuisine of Braque and you have .. Jack Dish!
