Iberco ham heaven bij Ibericus tapas bar in Amsterdam
Of misschien moet ik zeggen bij deze delicatessen winkel in Amsterdam, want je kunt er ook gewoon even binnen lopen om lekkere Iberico ham voor thuis te halen! Deze delicatessen winkel / tapas bar is een fijne aanvulling op de meer traditionele food winkeltjes op de Haarlemmerstraat. Ik fiets er graag voor om! Ik ben namelijk gek op Spaanse hammen als hapje bij een goed glas wijn voor een relaxed avondje thuis met een filmpje erbij. Maar het leukste is eigenlijk om bij Ibericus zelf aan te schuiven bij één van de tafeltjes. Deze tapas bar in Amsterdam schenkt in het achterste gedeelte van de winkel een gezellig glaasje wijn. Zorg dat jij degene bent die de ham gaat bestellen bij de toonbank, dan laten de mannen je namelijk alles graag voorproeven en kun je precies aangeven wat je lekker vindt. Meer of minder aardse smaak, vet of juist niet… bij deze tapas bar in Amsterdam hebben ze misschien wel honderd verschillende hammen hangen! Laatst ben ik bij Ibericus gaan borrelen met vrienden, een aanrader en weer eens iets anders. Als je binnen bent heb je totaal niet het gevoel in Amsterdam te zijn, maar waan je je in Madrid in een smal zijstraatje tussen de locals. Bij Ibericus kun je trouwens ook lunchen en voor vegetariërs hebben ze heerlijke Spaanse kazen. Deze tapas bar in Amsterdam sluit om 19 uur. Tip: ga bij Ibericus borrelen voordat je naar de film gaat bij The Movies verderop in de straat. Voor wie The Movies niet kent, dit is de leukste bioscoop van Amsterdam.
