The De Clercqstreet in Amsterdam keeps getting better and better, because yet another hotspot has opened its doors there. Huis van López is the newest addition of West! Besides the Belgian-Limburg cuisine of Fier, the Italian kitchen of Pazzi and the Brooklyn-influence of Rotisserie, Huis of López is the one that brings Latin America to the table, uhh, street. A pleasant addition, if you ask us!

Because with the dishes of Huis van López you imagine yourself in South America for a moment. They have our all time favourite ceviche on the menu. And also wraps (also the vega variant), spicy mussels and of course the accompanying cocktails. So with a kitchen open till midnight and the fact that one of the men of Club Closure is behind the Huis of López this sounds like the perfect kick-off of your evening. Add some tequilla and delicious meals with that and you’re all set! A dinner at Huis van López followed by couple of drinks (or cocktails… or shots) at Hendrix, Fier or Bar Spek sounds like a very, very good plan to us, doesn’t it?
