Hotspot & lifestyle update! week 17

21 April 2014

How nice was this sunny Easter weekend? And it’s not even over yet! This weekend has 2 Sunday’s ;-). My Easter weekend was full of food and drinks and festivals with friends and my love.

I’m a huge Instagram addict and post many photos of my adventures there. So if you don’t follow @yourlbb there yet… check it out! You can follow my daily discoveries via social media here: Twitter (@yourLBB) or Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest at ‘yourLBB’

Hotspot & Lifestyle update week 17

The Fat Dog: YAY! Ron Blaauw his newest spot is finally open. The Fat Dog is a hotdog joint serving gourmet fastfood dogs, good wines, bubbly and G&T’s.  Cool place for drinks and bites!

LOVERS: Last weekend my love and I were partners in crime like we always are. Hitting off the festival season together at DGTL festival and OWAP and hopping from hotspot to hotspot to try and taste a bit of everything. LOVE my life :-).

DGTL Festival: Can’t there be a DGTL festival in the fall too? This was by far one of the best festivals in years. Loved the music and can’t wait to check out the DJ sets on spotify.

Fietskantine: On our way back from The Local Goods market at De Hallen in Amsterdam West we stopped for coffee and some bike fixing at De Fietskantine. Very cool concept with De Fietskantine, Lot Sixty One and Bubblekid under one roof.

Vondelpark3: We enjoyed the afternoon sun at Vondelpark3. The outdoor patio is huge! And I liked the interior design. Should go back soon to try and test their dinner menu.

Oostblok: Finally had a chance to check out the new Oostblok theater and restaurant in Amsterdam East. Great spot for a quick bite! 2 courses for only € 20,-.

Remember: live your week like it’s weekend ;-)

and have a great one!
