Chef Sidney Schutte (known from De Librije) cooks at restaurant Spectrum, in the Waldorf Astoria, the stars of the sky. As far as we're concerned, the ultimate fine dining destination in Amsterdam. Literally, because the restaurant boasts no fewer than two Michelin stars. So you'll want to spend the whole evening here.

For years, Jansz. has been a household name in Amsterdam and the surrounding area, especially when it comes to their Family Sundays, where you can enjoy a relaxing meal while the kids are entertained. Morgan & Mees can be found within crawling distance of the Jordan Besides being a fantastic restaurant, it's also a fantastic boutique hotel. The decor is truly dreamy, with that amazing herringbone floor. Wow! And the food? The steak and fries are absolutely top-notch!
