homemade spring rolls are the perfect snack for now!
Now that the sun is shining, it’s not only my wardrobe that undergoes a transformation. I also adjust my daily cooking routine to the warm weather. And there’s where my love for Asian food comes in. So many different dishes andย flavors, it’s just delicious! The Vietnamese spring rolls areย definitely my favorite: this dish is so easy to makem can be prepared in so many different ways and is the perfect light dish for such hot days!
Unlike the Chinese egg rolls, the Vietnamese spring rolls are not made with filo pastry and they are not fried. Spring rolls are made with transparant rice sheets (which gives a nice effect) and they’re eaten raw. Delicious finger food which you can eat as healthy snack or can serve as bites during a get together with your friends. A healthy snack that’s easy to prepare!
Today we will share a great and super easy recipe for Vietnamese spring rolls with you. Fancy more Vietnamese finger food recipes? Well, this cookbook is a trueย musthave for you ;) !
