Fair and sustainable shopping at Het Faire Oosten
The concept store Het Faire Oosten (the fair East) in Amsterdam is really great. And especially for fairtrade, sustainable and handmade products. And yes, located in East of the city. Home accessories, clothing, skincare. There’s all kinds of things! And a lot of it are local products. The best thing of this shop is that there’s also a lot to buy for men. So you can drag your love with you to here without feeling bad about it. Or you can get a nice present for him. Everyone knows that problem. It’s always so hard to find a gift for men. But luckily not anymore now!
Het Faire Oosten is also great if you’re looking for nice artwork. Here they have a cool gallery area where they put up a few group expositions per year. You can expect some beautiful work from different styles. And they’re for reasonable prices. Finally you can brighten up that boring wall at home ;-).
Tip: do you see a cute bag, but think that it’s a little bit too big? No problem, because Het Faire Oosten can tailor it for you!
